Article 85 Le siège

Le conseil européen fixe le siège des institutions. Si le conseil européen n'a pas pris de décision sur le siège dans les deux ans qui suivent l'entrée en vigueur du présent traité, l'autorité législative statue définitivement selon la procédure applicable à la loi organique.
