Article 5 Territoire de l'Union

Le territoire de l'Union comprend l'ensemble des territoires des états membres tels qu'ils sont précisés par le traité instituant la Communauté économique européenne et par les traités d'adhésion, compte tenu des obligations decoulant du droit international.
